There are many wonderful products out there that I use often. Below, you will find a comprehensive list of my recommendations. Mint.com– Mint offers wonderful budgeting tools for your personal financial needs. Keeping your personal finances in order is a must for any small business owner. With fluctuating income having a realistic set of financial goals is a must. Mint will help you keep your finances in order.

Fresh Books – A wonderful resource that makes small business accounting much easier. Some perks of using Fresh Books are that you can save on credit card transaction fees by utilizing your Pay Pal account. Also, invoices can be sent 30 days and 45 days past due making collecting on past due invoices a bit easier. This platform makes tracking your business expenses and income very easy with fantastic reporting tools to help you really evaluate your business’ overall financial health.

Square– If you need to collect payments on-the-go Square is a wonderful go-to. I have used Square for years and love how easy it makes doing business at local Farmer’s Markets, Festivals, Craft Fairs, etc. Yes, they charge credit card processing fees however, this may be the app that can help enable you to make your business more mobile. Money is quickly deposited into your business banking account within 48 hours.

Digit – Digit is a wonderful tool to help you boost your savings automatically. This savings tool is designed to automatically transfer money into your savings account. Digit does all the work for you and even comes with a no-overdraft guarantee. When you need to access the money in your Digit savings there are no minimum or transfer limits with no fees.

Maddie Brown  Focused one-on-one financial help for small business owners. Maddie uses her 30+ years of experience to help small business owners keep their financials in order.

Wealth Your Way – Maegen from Wealth Your Way will coach you on building your wealth. She is fantastic at helping lady bosses grow their pennies to infinity and beyond. Ibotta– I absolutely love this app because I earn cash back from my routine grocery shopping. Simply download the app onto your smartphone and look for deals on products you typically purchase. You can earn rebates on items such as milk, bread, cheese, yogurt, bananas, bell peppers, etc. Join my team here and earn $10 when you redeem your first rebate!

ShopKick – This is a fantastic app that I recently started using. If you ever wanted a way to earn rewards just for walking into a store this is the app for you! Download the app onto your smartphone to start earning rewards. You can earn in three different ways, the easiest is by simply walking into specific stores and checking in to earn points. When you scan specific items in the store you will receive additional points. You can also earn points for the products you purchase by uploading your receipt on the app. You can redeem your points for gift cards.

Ebates – I love using Ebates and earning cash back for shopping online! The site is so easy to use and a great way to make your money stretch a bit further. If you are interested sign up here.

Grammarly – A wonderful tool that will help you become a better writer. It is completely free (upgrades available for a fee of course). It integrates with Chrome and Microsoft office beautifully. Never worry about breaking grammars rules again!

AWeber – I love using Aweber for my email newsletter management. This is a wonderful company that will help you manage your email list and they are wonderful at helping you understand how to better grow your email list. The site is very user-friendly and integrates well with Word Press.

Mojo Marketplace: I shop at the Mojo Marketplace and utilized their services to help me build my blog. It is a great resource of themes, graphics, designs to help you develop your website or blog into exactly what you want.

Blue Host – I use Blue Host for my domain name and for hosting my blog. I absolutely love working with Blue Host. They have been wonderful and so helpful! Their sites are very user-friendly and easy to customize. I highly recommend using Blue Host for all your hosting and domain needs.

SumoMe -Want to create awesome pop-ups, welcome mat’s or find that perfect list building tool? SumoMe has got you covered. I have been thrilled with their personal customer service and I love how easy this tool is to use. You can run multiple campaigns and it is easy to track your analytics to understand what is working best for you.

Tailwind Visual Marketing Suite

I use Tailwind for scheduling my Pinterest post. I only recently started using this app and I love it! It is very user-friendly and has made my life a bit easier by allowing me to schedule my pins in advance.

Later.com – I love using this app to schedule my Instagram post. Although Instagram does not allow automatic postings like Twitter or Facebook, you can schedule your posts in Later.  You will be notified via a push notification and then you just click and post! I enjoy that this saves me time and allows me to schedule my posts in advance. It also allows me to configure my posts to keep my aesthetic to my liking.

Canva – I absolutely LOVE using Canva to edit my photos. It is very easy to use and allows me to find the right size image for my blog and all my social media platforms.

I am a member of the Share-A-Sale network and have enjoyed my experience so far. If you are looking to monetize your blog or website I highly recommend joining their network. There are thousands of companies available for you to work with and boost your cash flow each month with affiliate income.

Startup Nation – This is a fantastic resource for any small business owner. The wealth of information shared from seasoned vets is expansive. Take part in the private forums to discuss your challenges with others who are in or have been in a similar situation.

National Restaurant Association – This is a great organization for those in the restaurant business. They host several local chapters allowing you to network within your area with your fellow restaurateurs.

Meet Up – This is a great resource to help you find local events and meet up with your fellow local entrepreneurs. It is free to join and you can sign up for email notifications that will update you as events are added to your local calendar.

Behance – One of the leading portfolio sites for web and graphic designers. They host an annual conference in New York City every year. They also have a partnership (since 2010) with LinkedIn allowing portfolio sharing on both sites.

Entrepreneur.com – A fantastic resource full of expert advice, tips, and how-to guides.

Ultimate WordPress Tutorial – Sarah Eggers has created the best tutorial I have seen. In this detailed video, she will answer just about every question you may have.

 

Brand Marketing Tips – Check out the mother and daughter duo that makeup Brand Marketing Tips. Their years of experience and helpful tips will give you the guidance you need to craft the perfect branding for your blog or business.

Bellano Studio – If you need to update your WordPress site you MUST use Bellano Studio. The professionalism, the quality, and the love that owner Thauna pours into each project are unmatched. You deserve an incredible site and there is no one else I can recommend as highly as I do Thauna and Bellano Studio.

Blog and Be Legal – This is a fantastic course for Jackie from Jade and Oak. As a practicing lawyer with a passion for blogging, Jackie has created a course that any serious blogger MUST take. I was fortunate enough to be a beta tester for her course (meaning I was able to take it for free and give her my feedback before it was available for public consumption) and I was amazed.
